Attorney David Robold of Winter Park, FL; serial offender

The state of Florida presented David Lawrence Robold with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

FYI: This wasn’t Davey’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The State Bar Court found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Misconduct involved dishonest and selfish motive
• Caused actual harm to clients and/or third parties
• Made a false statement of material fact or law to a third person or failed to disclose a material fact to a third person when disclosure is necessary to avoid assisting a criminal or fraudulent act by a client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly distribute funds owing to client
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed to a tribunal (Up yours, said Davey!)
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Circuit Judge LeBlanc issued an order stating that Davey had committed a fraud upon the court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Davey practices his so-called brand of law with Olde Winter Park Law, LLC at 401 West Colonial Drive, Florida.
