Attorney Richard Siegmeister of Miami, FL; cheating slacker

The state of Florida presented Richard Siegmeister with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Entered into an agreement for, charged, or collected an illegal, prohibited, or clearly excessive fee (cheater)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Dick practices his so-called brand of law with Richard Siegmeister PA at 3850 Bird Road in Miami, Florida.
