Attorney John West Jr. of Beaumont, TX; cheating loser

The state of Texas provided John David West Jr.  with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law.

The District 3 Grievance Committee found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to refund advance payment of fees that had not been earned (cheater)
• Failed to timely cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the Texas Supreme Court punished Johnny gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law at 5955 Caswell Road in Beaumont, Texas.
