Attorney Andrew Manie of Orlando, FL; paying for sex

The state of Florida provided Andrew John Manie with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from Stetson School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Andy responded to an advertisement posted on an escort website and committed a sexual act with a woman in exchange for money
• Andy, who was 30 years old at the time, believed he was meeting with an escort that was over the age of 18 The girl was in fact 17 years and 9 months of age
• Pursuant to a grant of immunity, Johnny was not criminally prosecuted for the offense
• Andy’s victim was vulnerable because she was a minor and a victim of human trafficking

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $1,376.00.

As we speak (ca. July 2022), Andy practices his so-called brand of law with The Law Offices of Andrew John Manie in Orlando, Florida.
