Attorney Abraham Elmazahi of Orlando, FL; ethical troll

The state of Florida provided Abraham Elmazahi with a law license in 2018 after he graduated from Barry University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Abe guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as an Assistant State Attorney in Orange County, in the County Court Division, and was assigned to a misdemeanor Domestic Violence Battery and Violation of Violence injunction cases involving a defendant named John Neal.

• Engaged in a sexual relationship with the woman was the victim of John Neal, the abuser that Abe was charged with criminally prosecuting
• Engaged in conduct he knew would be adverse to another person
• Improperly obstructed another party’s access to evidence or otherwise altered, destroyed, or concealed a document or other material that Abe was relevant to a pending matter
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-days suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $1,634.00.

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Andy practices his so-called brand of law with The Law Offices of Andrew John Manie in Orlando, Florida.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $1,376.00.
