Attorney Mark Siegel of Sarasota, FL; ethical misfit

The state of Florida provided presented Mark D. Siegel with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Georgetown University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Mark!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2022), Mark practices his so-called brand of law with The Siegel Law Firm at 3205 Southgate Circle in Sarasota, Florida.
