Attorney Fiore Porreca of Attleboro, MA; ethical misfit

The state of Massachusetts presented Fiore Porreca with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. Fiore also received a license to practice law in 2002 from the state of Connecticut.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Fiore guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Knowingly violated the rules by employing a suspended lawyer
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Fiore by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. July 2022), Fiore practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Fiore Porreca at 184 North Main Street in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
