Attorney Maude Laroche-St. Fleur of Roslindale, MA; lying scammer

The state of Massachusetts presented Maude Laroche-St. Fleur with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Maude guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Knowingly filed false financial statements under oath [perjury]
• Willfully disregarded court orders (Screw you, said Maude!)
• Blamed others for her misconduct, including probate court, Appeals Court, the Supreme Judicial Court
• , and Bar Counsel
• Disobeying court orders resulted in multiple judgements of contempt being lodged against Maude
• Engaged in pursuing frivolous [sham] litigation
• Engaged in conduct that continued to harm her ex-husband, opposing counsel, and the attorney in charge of selling the marital home
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Lacked candor in her testimony at ethics hearing
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Knowingly and intentionally misrepresented material facts regarding her finances relating to her personal divorce case
• Made misrepresentations on financial statements submitted to the trial court during her divorce proceedings

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Maude by gifting her with a complimentary 18-month suspension of her law license.   

FYI: Because Attorney Misfits in Massachusetts are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Maude was never criminally charged with perjury.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Maude fails to mention the above misconduct on her self-serving website at www.gbilawyer.com.  Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Maude practices her so-called brand of law with the Laroche Law Office LLC at  43 Cummins Highway in Roslindale, Massachusetts.
