The state of Ohio presented Brent Clark Stobbs with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Capitol University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Geoffrey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Brent’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to comply with mandator Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court

 punished Brent by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license and imposed a $150.00 monetary sanction.

Brent’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Asserted an issue in a legal proceeding when there was no basis in law or fact for doing so that was not frivolous
• Engaged in undignified and discourteous conduct that was degrading to a tribunal
• Intentionally and habitually made frivolous motions

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Brent by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
