Attorney William Welch III of Columbia, MD; slacker, loser

The state of Maryland presented William Lawrence Welch III with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Repeatedly failed to adequately communicate with his client
• Failed to respond to his client’s requests for information and updates on his case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Billy fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.wwelchattorney.com.  Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Billy practices his so-called brand of law with William L. Welch III Attorney at 5305 Village Center Drive in Columbia, Maryland.
