Attorney Gregory Saldamando of Coral Gables, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida provided Gregory Saldamando with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Greg guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately involve his clients in settlement process
• Failed to apprise clients of total settlement amount
• Failed to inform clients that he intended to takes as the firm’s fee,which was substantially higher than the amount the clients would obtain
• Refused to provide his clients with any invoice or substantiation of the fees claimed by the firm

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary 75-day suspension of his law license and assessed costs of $8,168.90. 

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Greg practices his so-called brand of law with at 4000 Ponce De Leon Blvd in Coral Gables, Florida.
