Attorney Tineke Van Dijk of Salt Lake City; slacker, loser

The State of Utah presented Tineke Van Dijk with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Utah School of Law.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Tineke guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Tineke by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Tineke practices her so-called brand of law at 5442 South 900 East in Salt Lake City, Utah.
