Attorney Edward Rueda of Chicago, IL; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Edward Sergio Rueda with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission Office found Eddie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Converted over $15,000 in four client matters due in part to his failure to keep appropriate trust account records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license effective

And lastly, as one would suspect, Eddie does not mention the misconduct alluded to above on his website at www.esrlawgroup.com.  Apparently, Eddie chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
