Attorney Andrew Stroth of Chicago, IL; ethical troll

The state of Illinois presented Andrew Martin Stroth with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission Office found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to pursue client’s personal injury case
  • Andy’s failure to prosecute client personal injury case allowed for the statute of limitations to expire
  • Improperly provided money to the client as a loan against an anticipated settlement
  • Lied to his client that he had communicated with an insurance claims adjuster
  • Made false statements to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Andy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Andy does not mention the misconduct alluded to above on his website at www.actioninjurylawgroup.com.  Apparently, Andy chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Andy practices his so-called brand of law with the Action Injury Law Group at 191 North Wacker Drive in Chicago, Illinois.
