Attorney Erin O’Connor of Springfield, MA; guilty of negligent homicide

The state of Massachusetts provided Erin Marie O’Connor with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from Boston College School of Law.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseersfound Erin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Pled guilty to criminal mischief as an act of domestic violence

• Pled guilty to negligent homicide with a motor vehicle
• Killed an elderly pedestrian in a crosswalk
• Erinclaimed she was distracted by an application on her cellphone
• A witness told authorities that Erin never activated her brakes before killing the elderly pedestrian

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits in Colorado sitting on the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseerspunished Erin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
