Attorney Samuel Holmes of Birmingham, AL; slacker, loser

The state of Alabama presented Samuel Ray Holmes with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Sammy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to maintain records of disbursement of client funds
• Failed to adequately communicate with his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed an administrative fee of $1,000.00.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Sammy practices his so-called brand of law with The Holmes Law Firm LLC in Birmingham, Alabama.
