Attorney Stephanie Gerstetter of Chicago, IL; cheating loser 

The state of New Jersey presented Stephanie Alexandra Gerstetter with a law license after in 2018 after she graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Stephanie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Overbilled a client on a document review project to the tune of 86.4 hours (cheater)
• Stephanie’s padding of her hours resulted in an overcharge of over $40,000 to her prior firm’s client
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Stephanie by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Stephanie practices her so-called brand of law at 801 South Financial Place in Chicago, Illinois.
