Judge Keith Stoney of West Valley City, UT; vindictive liar  
Judge Keith Stoney sits on the West Valley City Court. The Judicial Conduct Commission found Judge Stoney guilty of the following misconduct.
The Commission ruled that Keith intentionally entered a $10,000 cash-only warrant against a woman for a minor traffic violation because he believed she had mistreated his clerks.
$10,000 cash is the amount one would pay to a bails bondsman to obtain a $100,000 bond.
Keith’s Hyperbolic (BS) Defense
After receiving a complimentary reprimand from the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission, Keith decided he would appeal to the Utah Supreme Court.
In his asinine appeal, Keith the Bullshitter had the chutzpah to claim that his “conduct, at worst, was accidental.” He went on to say, “I added an extra zero. I put a comma in the wrong spot. I don’t know what happened.”
We know Keith’s answer is total BS because if you added an extra zero to $100 you wouldn’t come up with $10,000. In fact, an extra zero would take the amount to $1,000.
In addition to being a Moronic Bullshitter, Keith appears to be an aspiring standup comedian. His Bullshit defense doesn’t pass the involuntary laugh test.
The Commission countered by stating that there was substantial evidence obtained at a hearing to disprove Keith’s Bullshit defense.
As we speak (ca. June 2012) Keith continues to sit as a Judge on the West Valley Justice Court.
All that’s left now is to see what the Utah Supreme Court will decide. For putting forth a totally fabricated defense, they should toss this moronic loser off the bench.
