Attorney Victor J. Wahl II of Boulder Creek, CA; repeater, Dufus
The state of California provided Victor Joseph Wahl II with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from McGeorge Law School.
The California Bar Court found Victor guilty of the following misconduct.
1. Failed to perform legal services competently (moron)
2. Failed to keep clients informed of significant developments in their case
3. Failed to appear at scheduled hearings on behalf of clients
4. Improperly sought an agreement from his client to dismiss Bar complaint
5. Submitted a false affidavit (perjury)
6. Failed to return files to client after being discharged
7. Refused to cooperate with Bar investigation (Up yours says Victor!)
The perjury involved a letter sent to the Bar Court by Victor stating that he had suffered a stroke as a defense to failing to perform legal services competently. However, 16 months earlier, in an unrelated matter, Victor executed a declaration under penalty of perjury denying that he suffered a stroke.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Victor by gifting him with a 90-day suspension of his law license.
This wasn’t Victor’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
In 2000 the Bar Court found Victor guilty of (a) refusing to cooperate with Bar investigation, (b) failing to return client files, and (c) failure to communicate with clients. For this misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Victor by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.
As we speak (ca. June 2012) Victor practices law at 785 Logan Creek Road in Boulder Creek, California which is about 32 miles southeast of San Jose.
