Attorney William Lynch Jr. of Paoli, PA; convicted pervert
The state of Pennsylvania provided William H. Lynch Jr. with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Violated or attempted to violate rules of professional responsibility, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another

Pled guilty to one count of stalking

Committed a criminal act adversely reflecting on Billy’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

Sent a text message to Ms. Sellers stating “We should start sexting”

Billy sent numerous sexually explicit and derogatory test messages to Ms. Sellers, despite her protests

Billy’s voicemails intimidated, humiliated, and frightened Ms. Sellers

Billy threatened Ms. Sellers safety by telling her he had weapons available to him

Chester County DA’s Office charged Billy with one count of stalking, one count of harassment, and one count of disorderly conduct

Billy plead guilty in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas to one count of stalking

On at least three occasions, Billy attempted to file baseless criminal complaints against Ms. Sellers
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license effective as of January 6, 2022.
As we speak (ca. April 2022, Billy will resume his so-called practice of law at 1500 JFK Blvd in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in January 2025.
