Attorney Eric Satin of Delray Beach, FL; ethical goblin

The state of Florida provided Eric Satin with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Eric guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in significant misconduct in his own divorce, including disrupting judicial hearings; use of profanity in zoom hearings and in pleadings; introduction of irrelevant and scandalous information about opposing counsel in the proceedings
  • Refused to comply with court orders (Screw you, said Eric!)
  • Engaged in direct communication with his former spouse and judge in the case, despite warnings to refrain from doing so

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of her law license effective February 2,2022.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Eric will resume his so-called brand of law at 16083 Villa Vizcaya Place in Delray Beach in July 2023, Florida.
