Attorney Brandon Scheele of Tampa, FL; ethical misfit

The state of Florida provided Brandon Robert Scheele with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Brandon guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Arrested and subsequently charged with multiple criminal offenses
• After treatment and successful completion of a pretrial diversion program all charges were dropped
• Engaged in unprofessional behavior during a deposition resulting in a hearing before the judge, for which Brandon failed to appea

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Brandon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Brandon and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.bankerlopez.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.
