Attorney Christopher Burks of North Little Rock, AR; lying loser

 

The state of Arkansas presented Christopher Burks with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

 

The Committee on Professional found Phil guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Released information in violation of an agreed protective order
  • Knowingly made false statements to opposing attorneys

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

 

And lastly, as one would suspect, Chris fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.whlawoffices.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Chris practices his so-called brand of law at 1 Riverfront Place in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
