Judge Jill Polk of Schenectady, NY; ethical dwarf

The State of New York provided Jill S. Polk with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the Albany School of Law.

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Miguel guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Used her court secretary to conduct her personal business
• Had her confidential secretary Chana Ritter to perform personal tasks for her while at work
• Scolded Ms. Ritter for allowing her daughter to walk through the courthouse and distract security guards on numerous
• Ms. Ritter, helped plan a bat mitzvah for Jill’s daughter during work hours, during which she used her @nycourts.gov email address to contact people

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct punished Jill by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Jill continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Schenectady County Family Court Judge in Schenectady, New York.
