Attorney Jillian Kong-Sivert of Phoenix, AZ; moronic cheater

The state of Maryland presented Jillian Nicole Kong-Sivert with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Jillian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Collected unreasonable fees (cheater)
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to properly supervise a non-attorney assistant
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Submitted multiple deficient immigration applications
• Failed to calendar deadlines to submit applications which resulted in applications being rejected and client matters ultimately abandoned

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Jillian by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Jillian practices her so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Jillian Kong-Sivert at 1601 North 7^th Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
