Attorney Rand Lucey of Wheaton, MD; slacker, loser

The state of Maryland presented Rand William Lucey with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Catholic University of America School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Rand guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to adequately communicate with his client
• Over a five-year period, Rand failed to inform his client of the status of her case
• Failed to take steps to protect his client’s interest upon termination of his representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Rand by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Rand and his firm fail to mention the above misconduct on their self-serving website at www.jezicfirm.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Rand practices his so-called brand of law with Jezic Krum Moyse LLC at 2730 University Blvd West in Wheaton, Maryland.
