Solicitor Leung Wai Man of Hong Kong; dimwitted loser

The Law Society of Hong Kong presented Leung Wai Man with a law license in 2021 after he graduated from the University of Hong Kong School of Law.

The Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Leung guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Released stakeholder money in the sum of HK$8,700,000 without exercising due care
• Failed to engage in a standard of work that was competent (dimwit)
• Compromised his own reputation and the reputation of the profession.
• Despite being paid HK$12,800.09 ($1,641.00 US) to undertake a client representation, breached his duty to so act and failed to honor them
• Failed to pay a client's money received by him into a client account when he was obliged to do so

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Ho by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license, and fined HK$430,000.00 ($51,139.00 US).

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Leung practices his so-called brand of law at 16-18 Queen’s Road in Central, Hong Kong.
