Judge Elizabeth Hopman of United Kingdom; serial scofflaw

Mrs. Justice Cheema-Grubb DBE, on behalf of the Lord Chief Justice, and with the Lord Chancellor’s agreement found Liz guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Conduct fell below standard expected of a judicial officer
• Committed three speeding offences in just over a year
• Speeding offences resulted in Liz receiving nine penalty points on her driver’s license
• Improperly delayed in reporting the above offences to the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, Mrs. Justice Cheema-Grubb DBE, on behalf of the Lord Chief Justice, and with the Lord Chancellor both apologists for Attorney Misfits, punished Liz by gifting her with a so-called formal warning.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Liz practices her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Justice of the Peace of the Norfolk Bench in the United Kingdom.
