Attorney David Nussey of Haddonfield, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented David Ryan Nussey with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law. Davey also received a law license to practice in Pennsylvania in 1999.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross neglect
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.   

And lastly, as one would suspect, Davey fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.klineburgerandnussey.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Davey practices his so-called brand of law with Klineburger & Nussey at 38 Haddon Avenue in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
