Attorney Genesis Peduto of North Bergen, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Genesis A. Peduto with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Genesis guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to set forth in writing the basis of her legal fee in an immigration matter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Genesis by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.    

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Genesis practices her so-called brand of law at 8512 Kennedy Blvd in North Bergen, New Jersey.
