Attorney Nyasha West of Lutherville-Timonium, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Nyasha A. West with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from Howard University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Nyasha guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improperly made numerous cash withdrawals from her attorney trust account
• Failed to create and maintain client ledgers
• Failed to perform monthly reconciliations of her attorney trust account

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Nyasha by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Nyasha fails to mention the above misconduct on her self-serving website at www.nawestlaw.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Nyasha practices her so-called brand of law with the West Law Firm LLC at 1301 York Road in Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland.
