Attorney Jennifer LeDoux of Mobile, AL; slacker, loser

The state of Georgia presented Jennifer Dawn LeDoux with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Jenney guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to verify an existing loan’s pay-off and, as a result, the loan was not completely paid off in the refinance
• transaction
• Wrote check to client on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Failed to communicate with his clients
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Misty practices her so-called brand of law with Cook PC at 970 Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Suwanee, Georgia.
