Attorney Joseph Martin of Portland, OR; wife beating felon, repeater

The state of California presented Joseph B. Martin with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the University of California Berkeley School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Joey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Joey’s 1^st Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to pay court-ordered child support

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 2-week suspension of his law license

Joey’s 2^nd Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• San Francisco DA charged Joey with one count of domestic violence, a felony
• San Francisco DA charged Joey with one count of Assault with Force Likely to Cause Great Bodily Injury, a felony
• San Francisco DA charged Joey with one count of Criminal Threats, a felony
• Joey found guilty of one count of Battery

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

Joey’s 3^rd Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Violated protective order and/or stay away order, a misdemeanor
• Joey found guilty of one count of Battery
• Charged with criminal contempt of court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Joey practices his so-called brand of law at 1707 NE Killingsworth Street in Portland, Oregon.
