Attorney Kevin Duckworth of Chicago; thieving dimwit

The state of Illinois presented Kevin Brian Duckworth with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

FYI: North Carolina Central University School of Law is ranked as the 168^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Office of Disciplinary Commission found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Converted (stole) at least $74,707.34 of client estate funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Failed to comply with multiple court orders (Screw you, said Kevin!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Made telephone calls to opposing counsel with the intent to abuse, threaten or harass him
• Engaged in conduct which placed opposing counsel in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery, making physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature without legal justification
• Threatened to inflict physical harm against opposing counsel in open court

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Kevin by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.
