Attorney Kenneth Moreno of Chesapeake, VA; slacker, loser

The state of Virginia presented Kenneth Albert Moreno with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Never filed or prepared amended schedules on behalf of his clients
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Kenny fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.kamoreno.com. Apparently, Kenny chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Kenny practices his so-called brand of law with Kenneth A. Moreno PLLC at 1553 South Military Highway in Chesapeake, Virginia.
