Attorney William Joyce of Depew, NY; ethical troll, repeat offender

The state of New York provided William Michael Joyce with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Pace University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Submitted a petition to the trial court for the purpose of satisfying a purported judgment by executing on funds the defendant had deposited in a bank, when he knew those statements were not true
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Billy practices his so-called brand of law at 4733 Transit Road in Depew, New York.
