Attorney Ronny Schuldhaus of Alberta, CAN; ethical misfit

The Law Society of the Alberta presentedRonny G. Schuldhaus with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Ottawa School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society of the Alberta found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise his legal assistant
• Failed to adequately oversee conduct of his bookkeeper

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Ronny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $3,766.88.
