Attorney Robert Pelletier of Jacksonville, FL; ethical goblin

The state of Florida provided Robert Laurence Pelletier with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from Miami University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Advertised as being the “Pitbull Lawyer at Taylor Law”
• Used a logo of a pit bull with a spiked collar
• Pit bull image appeared on Bobby’s  blog, his Facebook page and a wrap on his boat
• Bobby also used the name “Pitbull” on business cards and on the door to David Taylor’s office
• Bobby violated rules for lawyer advertising
• Pit bull reference and image is harmful to both the legal profession and the public’s trust and confidence in our system of justice

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bobby by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.
