Attorney Allan Marshall of Philadelphia, PA; thieving halfwit, repeater

The state of Pennsylvania provided Allan K. Marshall with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Brad guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Allan’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Filed misleading lawsuits against former clients seeking payment of legal fees
  • Failed to properly handle and appear for oral argument on an ejectment matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary private reprimand.

Allan’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to provide competent representation (halfwit)
  • Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client’s interests upon being terminated
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep client informed about status of matter
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Collected an illegal or clearly excessive fee (crook)
  • Failed to comply with court order to terminate client representation (Screw you, said Allan!)
  • Knowingly made a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary 30-month suspension of his law license effective Feb 12, 2021.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Brad will resume his so-called brand of law at 1900 JFK Blvd in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in early August 2023.
