Attorney Ephraim Mella of Philadelphia, PA; thieving halfwit

The state of Pennsylvania provided Ephraim Tahir R. Mella with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Ephraim guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (halfwit)
• Failed to abide by a client’s decisions concerning the objectives of representation
• Failed to consult with the client as to the means by which they are to be pursued
• Failed to abide by the client’s decisions
• Failed to promptly inform the client of any decision or circumstance with respect to which the client’s informed consent
• Failed to consult with the client about the means by which the client’s objectives are to be accomplished
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Collected an illegal or clearly excessive fee (crook)
• Pursued frivolous (BS) litigation
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Ephraim by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective Feb 12, 2021.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Ephraim will resume his so-called brand of law with the MC Law Group LLC at 1814 Callowhill Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in early February 2022.
