Attorney Robert Maizel of Jenkintown, PA; thieving loser

The state of Pennsylvania provided Robert P. Maizel with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated [stole] over $67,000.00 of client funds
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Improperly deposited his personal funds in a trust account
• Failed to promptly deliver to his client or third persona funds they were entitled to receive
• Failed to promptly render a full accounting regarding client funds
• Failed to main records for each client trust account
• Failed to maintain a check register or separate ledgers for each client
• Filed to preserve complete records of the receipt, maintenance and disposition of funds and property for a period of five years after termination of the client-attorney relationship
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Bobby practices his so-called brand of law with Saffren & Weinberg at 815 Greenwood Avenue in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania.
