Attorney Anthony Moody of Washington, PA; ethical gremlin

The state of Pennsylvania provided Anthony Marshall Moody with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Tony guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to place all fiduciary funds into a trust account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Tony.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Tony practices his so-called brand of law with the Moody Law Offices PC at 90 West Chestnut Street in Washington, Pennsylvania.
