Attorney Blake Lipman of Farmington Hills; convicted drunk

The state of Michigan presented Blake P. Lipman with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Wayne State University School of Law.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #80 found Blake guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Pled guilty to conducting a criminal enterprise
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to justice, ethics, honesty and good morals
  • Agreed to pay $610,000.00 in restitution regarding criminal enterprise conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Blake by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $2,570.07.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Blake and his firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.blakelipmanatty.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Blake practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Blake P. Lipman at 3271 Middlebelt Road in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
