The state of Louisiana provided Daniel R. Keele with a law license in 1988.
 
The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Daniel guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to return unearned fee to client after he was fired (thief)
  2. Commingled client funds
  3. Refused to communicate with his client
  4. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  5. Refused to cooperate with disciplinary investigators
  6. Abandoned a client matter entrusted to him
  7. Withdrew from a matter without protecting his clients interests
  8. Failed to expedite a client’s legal matter (slacker)
  9. Improperly withdrew his representation of a client
The Disciplinary Board further found that Jesse knowingly and intentionally engaged in misconduct that caused actual injury to his client and the legal system.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Danny Boy by gifting him with a 30-day suspension of his law license.
 
In gifting Jesse with a 30-day suspension, the aspiring comics sitting on the Board had the chutzpah to give Jesse credit in mitigation because he claimed he was suffering from some undisclosed “personal problems.” Isn’t that special?
 
As we speak (ca. May 2012) Daniel practices law at 2800 Youree Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana.
