Attorney Bridget Boyle of Milwaukee; repeat offender

The state of Wisconsin provided Bridget Boyle with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from Marquette University Law School.

Bridget is a repeat offender who taken at least 12 bites out of the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree, which led the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) finding her guilty of the following misconduct.

Bridget’s 1st Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2008

In her first trip to the Garden of Eden for Attorney Misfits, Bridget was found guilty of a variety of misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  2. Failing to keep client reasonably informed of the status of legal matter
  3. Failed to respond to requests for information from client
  4. Failing to adequately explain legal matter to client so as to afford the client the opportunity to make a sound decision
As punishment for Bridget’s misconduct, the enablers at the OLR punished her by gifting her with a private reprimand. By so acting, these buffoons knew that concealing said misconduct would allow Bridget to expand on her future victim pool.

Bridget’s 2nd Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2012

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Bridget guilty of the following misconduct,
  1. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  2. Failing to communicate with a client
  3. Failing to promptly respond to a client’s request for information about her claimed fees and expenses
  4. Failing to take appropriate steps to protect a client’s interests
  5. Failing to cooperate with OLR disciplinary investigation
  6. Willfully refusing to provide requested documents to OLR investigators
  7. Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud and deceit
It is obvious that Bridget didn’t learn anything when she received a “private” reprimand in 2008 because she repeated some of the same misconduct in 2011 and 2012. In addition, in refusing to cooperate with the investigators, she basically told them “to go to hell.”

As a consequence of her egregious misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Bridget by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license even though this was a repeat performance.

After her suspension ends in July, Bridget will be practicing against with Boyle, Boyle & Boyle SC located at 2051 West Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee.
