Attorney Eric Edwards of Oklahoma City: felony liar

On May 17, 2012, attorney Eric Edwards was criminally charged with one court of felony perjury in Major County.

Because Attorney Misfits and Felons are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else in Oklahoma, District Judge Ray Dean Linder ordered that the public record in Eric’s felony case be sealed in order to remove it from public view.  For additional information regarding the conduct of the Dishonorable Judge Ray Dean Linder go the URL listed at the end of this article.

If convicted of perjury, Eric faces a prison sentence of 2 to twenty years. The prosecutor shouldn’t have any difficulty in proving that Eric perjured himself since it appears as though his lips were moving at the time.

If the Oklahoma Bar Association files any ethics complaint against Eric he won’t have too much to worry about. This is especially true given the sad record of the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court. At worst Eric would likely receive a complimentary reprimand as punishment for engaging in felonious perjury.

This type of non-punishment is in keeping with the fact that Attorney Misfits in Oklahoma are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else.
