Attorney Marsha Stiles of Springfield, MO; slacker

The state of Missouri presented Marsha L. Stiles with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law.

The Disciplinary Board found Marsha guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Marsha by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year term of probation and assessed $1,500 in costs.  

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Disciplinary Board didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Marsha.

As we speak (ca. September 2021), Marsha practices her so-called brand of law in Springfield, Missouri.
