Attorney David Hoff of Cincinnati, OH; deceitful scofflaw

The state of Ohio presented David John Hoff with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University School of Law. Davey also received a license to practice law in Kentucky in 2009.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Falsely held himself out that he was admitted to practice
• Failed to pay annual bar dues leading to suspension

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court the punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

And lastly, as one would suspect, Davey does not mention the aforementioned misconduct on his website at www.tt-law.com. Apparently, Todd and his firm chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Davey practices his so-called brand of law with Thomas & Thomas at 2323 Park Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio.
