Attorney Stephen White of Dover, NJ; serial offender

The state of Massachusetts presented Stephen A.S. White with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to file criminal conviction appeal as requested by a client
• Failed to inform his client of potential grounds for appeal

As one would suspect, this was not Stevie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received three (3) complimentary warnings, (3) three complimentary reprimands, one (1) complimentary admonition, and (2) censures for engaging in a variety of misconduct. 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Stevie practices his brand of law with the White Law Offices PA at 42 Dover Point Road in Dover, New Hampshire.
