Attorney F. Christopher Zacharer of Lowell, MA; moron

 
The state of Massachusetts provided F. Christopher Zacharer with a law license in 1988.
 
The Board of Bar Overseers found Zacharer guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with reasonable competence (moron)
  2. Failed to act with reasonable promptness in representing clients (slacker)
  3. Incompetence resulted in harm to clients (victims)
  4. Failed to provide full accounting of client funds to his clients
  5. Failed to pay over balance of unearned fees to clients
  6. Failed to withdraw as counsel after client (victim) discharged him
  7. Refused to cooperate with bar counsel’s investigation (Up Yours, said Chris!)
Most of Zacharer’s incompetence and dishonesty revolved around his misrepresentation of clients (victims) while probating the assets of deceased relatives.
 
After one client fired Zacharer for being a total loser and demanded the return of unearned fees, the client didn’t get the $7,400 owed to them for almost one year.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the promoters for Attorney Misfits in punished Christopher by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. May 2012) Chris practices law with the Law Office of F. Christopher Zacharer at 9 Central Street in Lowell, Massachusetts.
